Dental coverage is provided by Delta Dental Plan of California and PMI, a wholly owned subsidiary. The Elan Trust offers five Delta Dental Plans. Two PPO plans, DeltaPreferred Option and three prepaid programs (DHMO) marketed as DeltaCare.
